Our condo property manager won't address necessary repairs. What can I do?

Q. I am living below a unit owner that does not have his unit up to code and has caused water damage into my unit 5 times.

Who is responsible for replacing decks after a roof is repaired?

Q. Our condo building has 6 units. The top two units have private decks on their rooftops. The roof needs to be repaired, as all of the units are experiencing problems with leaking.

What options does our condo board have for funding emergency repairs?

Q. I am on the Board of a 13 unit condo building with not the best financial situation. Unfortunately, we just encountered a $10,000 sewer problem and we don't have sufficient funds to cover it.
