Q: Our management company didn't pay the water bill (Chicago), and the new management company has asked us to pay that bill ($70,000). It's about $700 per unit. First they promised to conduct an investigation as to why the previous management company didn't pay, but now it looks like they did not investigate and are simply asking us to pay.
