Q. I live in a small condo building. There are only two owner-occupants in our building. The rest of the units are rented. One two-bedroom unit has 8 people living in it.

The tenants use the laundry room and water and electric are paid for by the association. I don't think that the owner of the unit is paying his fair share toward these expenses. Is the owner violating any occupancy limits by having 8 people in a two bedroom unit?
