Q. We have a 4-unit condo building in Chicago comprised of a 3-flat and a coach house. Per our Declaration, the roof of each building is maintained by the owners in that building. The coach house owner recently had roof damage and they submitted a claim to the association's insurance company.

Q. Our condo association took possession of a unit in the building because the owner did not pay assessments for over a year. We rented the unit for two years and actually collected more than the owner owed.

Q. I live in a small condo building. There are only two owner-occupants in our building. The rest of the units are rented. One two-bedroom unit has 8 people living in it.

Q. Our condominium association's declaration states that no pets are allowed. A current owner is trying to sell to a family that has two cats and they are looking for the board to make an exception to the no pets rule.
