Q. I'm on the board of a 13-unit condo (5 board members). Our new property manager responds very slowly (or not at all) to our inquiries.

Q. One of the unit owners in our building has a personal business that is run from her unit. Is this legal?

Q. Our building needs emergency plumbing and roofing repairs. In order to cover the expense, we plan to use reserves but this will deplete our reserves.

Q. An owner in our 6-unit building has divided his unit into two separate apartments and is renting them out under two different leases. He's created an additional address for the extra unit that does not exist in our Declaration. Is this legal?
