Q. We have to meet with an association member about a Notice of Violation hearing.  Does it have to be a closed session for the hearing, or can we do it during a regular board meeting? 

Q. Can three people on the board of the condo complex authorize a security camera be installed for one of the members (Vice Pres) in her unit and our association fees are paying for it?

Q. Due to the economy & dwindling reserves-I was thinking of fund raising-any thoughts or suggestions on what might work?

Q. I am on the Board of a new condo development. We are in the process of transfering control from the developer to the residents. The first floor of the building is retail and the three floors on top are residential. The building has one water meter.
