Q.  If garage and parking spaces are deeded property who pays for maintenance of either the garage or parking spaces?  Is it the association's responsibility or the unit owners affected?

Q. A unit owner discovered a patch of mold in the drywall of her closet ceiling. She suspects a leaking pipe from the unit above. Is the condo or one of the unit owners responsible for fixing and paying for the mold remission, and fixing the drywall and leaking pipe?

Q. Is the Board required to show estimates for work done on the building to unit owners if expenses are below threshold that Board is authorized to spend in maintenance as outlined by the bylaws?

Q. In March 2009, our condo association insurance carrier notified us that they would not renew our policy because of our overall claim activity. The condo association purchased a new policy but there was an increase of $520/year.
