Q. On two occasions a unit owner refused to pay for plumbing repairs for a faulty ice maker line in her unit that was leaking into the common basement.  The board was forced to pay both plumbers.  How do we get her to pay back the board for her leak repair?

Q. We have an absent owner who no longer lives in the building but has rented out his unit.  We have been after him for several months to get his stuff cleaned up from the storage area that is common space and put into his assigned area of 4' x 6'. He has ignored all requests.

Q. We have an ongoing dispute in our condominium association. Can a board member's spouse (who is on the deed) vote for that absent board member?

Q. My husband and I love our current condo but with a growing family need some additional space. We live in a six unit condo building where all six units are identical (each have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths). We are interested in purchasing the unit next door from an owner who currently rents and recombining the two units into one 3 bedroom/3 bath and one 1 bedroom/1 bath.
