Q: Only one of the owners in our building will agree to serve on the board.  What happens if we don’t have enough board members to serve? Does management of the association get turned over to the State?

Q: Our building needs substantial repairs to common elements including the roof, deck, and walkway, estimated to be around $400K. What criteria would we have to meet to qualify for governmental /state assistance? 

Q. I am on the board of my association, but I don’t appreciate owners calling me with every problem they have.  Do I have to provide my phone number to owners of the building, or can I just give them my email address? 

Q: A board member from our association was ousted by recall last year, but has expressed interest in running again.  Can a recalled officer return to the board?
