Q. During a break-in in our building, a unit tenant had his car and gate keys stolen.  The HOA was notified that day, but five days later and in spite of repeated follow-up messages, they have yet to change the gate locks.

Q. Is there a state government agency to whom home owners can turn to report misconduct by our HOA board?

Q. I'm a unit owner in a new building as of 2018 and we don't have our PINs yet and need them desperately.

Q. We are a 13-unit condominium building. We currently have 5 members on the board, only 1 of which lives in the building. That leads to slow decision making processes and reacting to emergencies.
