Q. Our condo association took possession of a unit in the building because the owner did not pay assessments for over a year. We rented the unit for two years and actually collected more than the owner owed.

Q. I live in a small condo building. There are only two owner-occupants in our building. The rest of the units are rented. One two-bedroom unit has 8 people living in it.

Q. Our condominium association's declaration states that no pets are allowed. A current owner is trying to sell to a family that has two cats and they are looking for the board to make an exception to the no pets rule.

Q. My condominium association passed an amendment to our Declaration years ago to restrict rentals to 2 units out of 15. I own a unit that I no longer want to live in, cannot sell because I owe more on the mortgage than it's worth and can't rent because we already have two rented units.
