Q. We are a small 16-unit condo association.  What is the procedure to hire a property management company?

Can our Board decide that, or is it up for a majority vote among all unit owners?

A. Every condominium association is governed by a board, comprised of three or more unit owners, who are tasked with the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the property. In regards to performing the duties required of the board, the IL Condo Act specifically states
