Q:  How do I find out if my Association allows rentals?

Q: What happens if the bank forecloses on a property while the Association has possession?  Are the tenants automatically evicted?  Can the Association retain possession until all delinquent amounts are collected?

Q. Our insurance carrier and the city are both requiring our Association to repair the sidewalks to the north and south of the building inside the property fence.  Does our insurance cover the sidewalk by the street, which lies outside the  fence, or is the city responsible for that portion of the sidewalk?
