The purpose of this advanced course is to increase Board Member knowledge as it relates to a community association’s finances, overall financial stability and best practices in dealing with the multitude of money related aspects in a community. Though not required, it is recommended to take Understanding Financials: Budgets, Reserves & Reports prior to this class.
