Q. We have units in our building that are rented by the owners. When we have a board meeting, are we required to inform the tenants?

Does the board have to allow tenants to attend these meetings?

A. Manging the tenants of rented units in your condominium association can be tricky. After all, tenants are not owners, and it can be challenging to understand the board's responsibility to communicate with and act on communication from these individuals.
