State Rep Kelly Cassidy is hosting a "Virtual Town Hall Meeting" on new regulations proposed by the State Fire Marshal that will affect thousands of Chicago property owners.

If enacted, the proposed fire regulations would require the installation of fire sprinklers in all "high rise" buildings and fire alarm systems with manual pull stations in all apartment buildings more than three stories tall or ten units in size.
