Just a reminder that annual income tax returns for condominium associations (1120 or 1120-H and the IL-1120) are due by March 15th!
Most associations can take advantage of the simple 1120-H. An Illinois state return (IL-1120) is required only if the association shows federally taxable income on its 1120 or 1120-H.
