On Wednesday night, one of our client buildings (at 6921 N. Ashland Ave.) was the victim of a devastating fire that left two units uninhabitable. The unit owners have been displaced and have lost many personal possessions. The rebuilding of the units will take a minimum of four months. While the reconstruction will be covered by insurance, the owners are in immediate need of help, financial and otherwise, to help them through this difficult time.
