The City of Chicago's Shared Cost Sidewalk Program allows building owners to replace their sidewalks, including the main walk, the courtesy walk, and existing catwalks/landing steps for a cost of $3 per square foot.Senior citizens and those with disabilities will receive a 50% discount.
The 2013 program opens to new applicants Tuesday, January 1, 2013, on a first-come, first served basis.
