It's time to get your association's 2012 financial records in order. Tax filing deadline for 2012 returns (1120-H or 1120, plus an IL-1120 if you have taxable federal income) is March 15th.
All associations are required to file an annual tax return with the IRS. The IL Condo Act also requires that the board deliver an annual itemized accounting to all owners. This is a good time to take care of both of those responsibilities.
