Q. Our condo building has 6 units. The top two units have private decks on their rooftops. The roof needs to be repaired, as all of the units are experiencing problems with leaking.

The decks will need to be removed, as well as some custom wood furniture the owners have installed, then replaced after the roof work is done. Who is responsible for paying for the deck replacement?
