Q. Our building is a 5 unit building and we have a few owners and a few units that are rented out. The owners had agreed and enforced for years that the washing machines in the common area of the laundry room are for owners only.
Q. During a break-in in our building, a unit tenant had his car and gate keys stolen. The HOA was notified that day, but five days later and in spite of repeated follow-up messages, they have yet to change the gate locks.
