Q. Is the association responsible for notifying owners when the storage units received water damage, due to expansion joints rupturing?  Ours happened over two months ago and a notice was not sent out.

What financial information should be provided at Board meetings?

Q. I have a aboat slip which is deeded to me I pay real estate taxes on this slip.  Can the condo charge me extra maintenance for using the utilities on the pier which is a common element?

Q. We are attempting to pass an amendment to the Declaration for our Homeowners Association that would change a portion of the common element to limited common element for the purpose of adding a small patio.  The question has come up would this change the common element interest for our 72 homeowners?
